The general scope of work is as follows:

  • removal of the existing corrugated steel pipe culverts;
  • repairs to the existing concrete headwalls and barriers;
  • installation of new precast concrete pipe culverts; 
  • installation of a concrete distribution slab and curb and gutter;
  • waterproofing and paving;
  • new barrier end walls and approach guide rail; and
  • site restoration.
