The general scope of work is as follows:

Bridge 18:

  • Replace existing bridge and approach wearing surfaces
  • Repairs to the existing concrete deck top, fascia, soffit, and curbs
  • Removal of existing deck drains
  • Repairs to the existing concrete wingwalls and abutment walls
  • Replace existing bridge and approach guide rail

Bridge 19:

  • Replace existing bridge and approach wearing surfaces
  • Repairs to the existing concrete deck top, fascia, soffit, and curbs
  • Removal of existing deck drains
  • Replace existing bridge and approach guide rail
  • Repairs to all girders by adding bottom flange bolted steel cover plates and to the exterior girders by adding bolted web stiffener angle sections
